We offer a returns policy on all physical items.

Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged).

You must notify us of the problem via email / through the contact form and, after our reply, return the products in the same condition that you received them (and the same type of packing).

We will send you the replacement products according to the availability and ONLY AFTER receiving the returned items.

If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer.

If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.

Shipping Info

All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping.

All packages are shipped via regular post from Styria, Austria.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

In case of pre-ordered items, the order will be shipped within 7 days from the day of availability of the goods in our warehouse.

Following payment your order will be processed and readied for shipment within 7 workdays. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination of the order. Items are shipped from Styria (Austria) and depending on your location can take 1-3 weeks for US and European (usually only a week) deliveries and about 1-6 weeks for the rest of the world.
